LED brake lights are legal, but I think he may have problems with the cable for the tax rate. It is also necessary to consider what happens if you starting on the brakes and you are looking for a place that is not directly in front of you.

Check the vehicle construction and use regulations. It seems in principle a very good idea, but I can not help you would get an incredible amount of unwanted attention from boys in blue. There may be security problems with the wiring.

Many bikes have brake lights now with LEDs that last longer, are promising for the amount of current to more than tungsten bulbs, and also very cool.
Provided there is no substitute for the brake light on the origin of the bicycle, it should be no problem with the law, in fact, I would appreciate your vigilance.
As for cable, no laws against this current, in fact, there are many products on the market that drivers ask to be connected free of the heated motorcycle clothing, communication devices, including hands to their mobile devices? (bloody stupid idea, but there you are!)
Personally, I would be worried to jump on the bike and hang me, but I think the goal is, material has been developed to separate easily.

To the extent that it is not a replacement for the rear of the bike, you should be good to use what works best.

LEDs are very good today. Good idea, but especially in dark nights

Not a good idea to mount stop lamp on his helmet for two reasons. 1 As in a previous answer by the head, that could attract the attention of people in blue and the legality thereof. 2 LED lamps to replace standard lamps are a good idea, which are lighter and longer and require less power.
Although you should keep the rules because it is a requirement of the angle can be seen from the side of the machine.
Go for it.

There is no problem with him as one of the LED tail lights and many cars (BMW 3-series) and motorcycle (Yamaha R6) have emerged in those days.

You should check the law of the situation, however. No, I do not know how it is for bikes, cars, limitatiosn but exactly where the lights can be set (eg, fog lights, then back to front, should be 400 or less the bumper skirt, no less, and 900 mm in the other. It may have some limitations. DVLA May, so if you give them a call.

It is a system for about 30 pounds, which sends a signal to a light that sends you fix brought to his helmet.
you get a different lamp, the signal led to the receiver in the fixed thats sends to his cap.
